You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible

  • The product must be in fresh, unused condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Item must not be damaged or altered

Replacement Policy

Yes, replacement is possible! Here's how it works:

  • Product must first go through inspection

  • Should be in fresh, unused condition

  • Once approved, we proceed with the replacement

Important Note

You will need to cover the two-way courier charges — returning the product to us and sending the replacement back to you.

Return Process

Pack Securely

Use original packaging if possible to prevent damage during transit.

Contact Support

Reach out to our team through email or WhatsApp to initiate the return.

Ship It Back

Send the product to us. If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, ship it yourself.

We Inspect & Process

Once received, we inspect the item and process your request within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds processed within 48 hours of acceptance

  • Amount credited to your original payment method

When Returns Are Not Accepted

  • Product is used or visibly damaged

  • Return requested after 7 days of delivery

  • Original item not included with the return

Reverse Pickup Note

In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases:

  • You can ship the product yourself

  • We will reimburse your return courier charges

Quality Check Note

We record unboxing videos for all returned products to ensure fairness and verify product condition.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is found used, or a wrong/different item is returned.

No COD Available

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Due to repeated cases of orders not being accepted at delivery, it caused losses in courier charges. As a small brand, we had to make this decision.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Damaged or Wrong Product?

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will:

  • Offer a full replacement

  • Provide ₹50 compensation

  • Offer a discount on your next order
